ERHCO Inc: MAP Policy Retailer Agreement for
Django & Juliette and Ziera
Effective Date: January 5, 2026
Purpose
ERHCo Inc enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy across all public U.S. advertising channels to maintain consistent pricing, support authorized sellers and protect brand value of Django & Juliette and Ziera.
- MAP Requirements
- Retailers must not advertise any Django & Juliette and Ziera product below the MAP price listed (provided each season)
- Applies to all public-facing advertising:
- Website product pages
- Google Shopping / Meta ads
- Email campaigns
- Social media posts
- Marketplace listings
- Print/Radio/Media Advertising
(In-store selling price may differ as long as it is not advertised.)
- What Counts as a MAP Violation
- Displaying or promoting Django and Juliette and Ziera branded products at any price below MAP.
- Strike-through pricing or “was / now” pricing that shows a price below MAP.
- Language suggesting lower pricing such as:
“Add to cart for price” “Call for discount” “See price at checkout” or “Hidden price.” - Auto-applied or publicly visible promotions that reduce displayed price below MAP.
- Bundles, BOGO, or gift promotions that effectively lower the displayed value.
- What Is Allowed
- In-store discretionary pricing (not publicly advertised).
- Storewide sales if Django & Juliette and Ziera products are advertised as excluded.
- Private coupon codes not visible on product pages.
- Loyalty rewards that do not change the displayed product price.
- Discounting of product after released from MAP
- Compliance & Enforcement
ERHCo Inc enforces MAP consistently across all U.S. retailers.
1st Violation: Notice issued — correction required within 48 hours
2nd Violation: 30-day shipment suspension
3rd Violation: Account suspension; removal from authorized retailer list
- Marketplace Policy
Selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces requires written authorization.
Unauthorized marketplace activity or MAP violations may result in immediate account suspension.
- Policy Notes
- MAP Policy is unilateral and non-negotiable.
- MAP may be updated at any time with 14-day notice.
- Retailers are responsible for compliance across agencies, automated pricing tools, and affiliated storefronts.
